Broden, John Voorde <br />Committee Members Absent: Randy Kelly, Gavin Ferlic <br />Other Council Present: Karen White, Dr. David Varner, Tim Scott, Oliver Davis, <br />Regina Williams- Preston <br />Others Present: Alkeyna Aldridge, Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand, Adriana <br />Rodriguez <br />Agenda: Bill No. 29 -16 — Ignition Park Alley Vacation at <br />Sample / Garst & Lafayette /Franklin <br />Bill No. 26 -16 Addressing sidewalk accessibility near <br />sidewalk cafes <br />Committee Chair Jo M. Broden called the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee to <br />order with two (2) items on the agenda. <br />Due to the absence of two (2) committee members (Randy Kelly and Gavin Ferlic) there was no <br />quorum at this meeting. <br />Bill No. 29 -16 — Ignition Park Alley Vacation at Sample / Garst & Lafayette /Franklin <br />Mike Danch, 1643 Commerce Drive South Bend, served as the petitioner for this bill. There are <br />two (2) alleys on the block between Sample and Garst that will probably be the next lot for <br />Ignition Park. We have cleaned out this whole area and are trying to get it ready for <br />development. <br />No one from the public spoke either in favor of or in opposition to the bill. <br />Due to a lack of quorum no recommendation was given by the Committee. <br />Bill No. 26 -16 Addressing sidewalk accessibility near sidewalk cafes <br />455 County -City Building • 227 W.
