The following Quotations were opened and <br />read: <br />MIKE'S FENCING <br />68021 State Road 19 North <br />Nappanee, Indiana 46550 <br />Quotation was submitted by Mike's Fencing <br />QUOTATION: $2,250.00 <br />CAL-PRO FENCE COMPANY, INC. <br />1700 West Ford Street <br />South Bend, Indiana 46619-0504 <br />Quotation was submitted by Ms. Jerry Hesch <br />QUOTATION: $3,276.80 <br />SCHUELL FENCE <br />22377 Adams Road <br />South Bend, Indiana 46628 <br />Quotation was submitted by Mr. Bruce McDougal <br />QUOTATION: $2,490.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the above <br />Quotations were referred to Water Works for review and recommendation. <br />CORRECTION OF QUOTATION AWARD -ROOF REPLACEMENT -_ FIRE <br />STATION NO. 7 - PROJECT NO. 106-066 (WATERWORKS REVENUEI <br />Chief Luther J. Taylor, Fire Department, advised the board that on August 28, 2006, <br />quotations were received and opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing <br />those quotations Chief Taylor recommended the quotation be awarded to KRC Roofing <br />and Sheet Metal, Inc., 3702 West Sample Street, South Bend, Indiana, in the amount of <br />$39,950.00 with a fifteen (15) year warranty. It was discovered that the warranty should <br />have been noted as ten (10) years, due to a Scribner error in the recommendation letter <br />from the Fire Department. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the bid award be <br />corrected with a ten (10) year warranty, rather than a fifteen (15) year warranty. "The bid <br />award amount did not.
