3 ~~ ._. <br />PUBLIC AGENDA SESSION SEPTEMBER 7.2006 <br />The Public Agenda Session of the Board of Public Works was convened at 10:35 a.m. on <br />September 7, 2006, by Board President, Gary A. Gilot, with Mr. Carl P. Littrell and Mr. <br />Donald E. Inks present. Also present was board Attorney Thomas Bodnar. Board of <br />Public Works Clerk Angela Jacob presented the Board with a proposed agenda of items <br />presented by the public and by City Staff. <br />AGENDA ITEM ADDED <br />- Claim -Malcolm Pirnie <br />Board members discussed the following item(s) from that list. <br />- Public Hearing -Petition for Voluntary Disannexation - Ms. Aladean DeRose, Chief <br />Assistant City Attorney, was not present to discuss this matter. There being no one <br />else present to provide public comment to the Board concerning this matter, the <br />Board held no discussion. <br />APPROVAL OF STREET CLOSURES <br />The following street closures and traffic restriction were submitted for approval. This release is for further development and <br />utility construction. <br />RELEASE OF AMENDMENT TO RIGHT-OF-WAY -WATER AND SEWER LINES <br />- SOUTH BEND CLAY SANITARY SEWER TRUNK -SISTERS OF THE HOLY <br />CROSS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks, and carried, the Release of <br />Amendment to Right-of--Way was approved for release. This release is for further <br />development and utility construction. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the following claims were submitted to the Bard for approval: <br />Name Amount of Claim Date <br />Malcolm Pirnie -South Zone Plan - $21,110.50 August 9, 2006 <br />Statement No. 3 <br />Malcolm Pirnie -South Zone Plan - $14,010.00 August 14, 2006 <br />Statement No. 4 <br />Mr. Gilot made a motion that the claims be approved and the reports as submitted be <br />filed. Mr. Inks seconded the motion, which carried. <br />
