<br />Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for
<br />the above referenced project. The following Quotations were opened and read:

<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the above Quotations
<br />were referred to Water Works for review and recommendation.
<br />AWARD BID — TWO (2) MORE OR LESS 2016 OR NEWER, '/< TON EXTENDED CAB
<br />TWO -WHEEL DRIVE PICK-UP TRUCKS SPEC T (WATER WORKS CAPITAL)
<br />Mr. Jeff Hudak, Central Services, advised the Board that on April, 2016, bids were received and
<br />opened for the above referenced vehicles. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Hudak recommended
<br />that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder Gates
<br />Chevrolet, 636 W. McKinley Ave., Mishawaka, Indiana 46545, in the amount of $80,840 for the
<br />base bid plus all alternates. Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the recommendation be
<br />accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mr, Relos seconded the motion, which
<br />carried.
<br />AWARD BID — ONE (1) OR MORE 2015 OR NEWER HEAVY DUTY 24' ARTICULATING
<br />AERIAL TOWER SPEC U (TRAFFIC AND LIGHTING CAPITAL)
<br />Mr. Jeffrey Hudak, Central Services, advised the Board that on May 10, 2016, bids were
<br />received and opened for the above referenced equipment. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Hudak
<br />recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
<br />Mike Raiser Ford, Inc., 2051 Sagamore Parkway South, Lafayette, Indiana 47905, in the amount
<br />of $I 13,732.00. Therefore, Mr. Relos made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and _
<br />the bid be awarded as outlined above. Ms. Maradik seconded the motion, which carried.

<br />SPEC W (WASTEWATER CAPITAL COMMUNITY INVESTMENT CAPITAL)
<br />Mr. Jeffrey Hudak, Central Services, advised the Board that on May 10, 2016, bids were
<br />received and opened for the above referenced vehicles. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Hudak
<br />recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder
<br />Jordan Motors, Inc., 609 East Jefferson Boulevard, Mishawaka, Indiana. 46545, in the amount of
<br />$63,380.00. Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and
<br />the bid be awarded. as outlined above. Ms. Dorau seconded the motion, which carried.
