SPECIAL MEETING JULY 17.2006 ~ ~ ~ <br />APPROVAL OF REOUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - <br />STABILIZATION OF CSO #6/TITLE SSHEET - PROJECT NO. 105-054 (2004 SEWER <br />BOND) <br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Jason Durr, Engineering, requested permission to <br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referred to project. The Title Sheet for this <br />project was also submitted for approval. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Mr. Inks, the request to advertise and the Title Sheet were approved. <br />APPROVAL OF REOUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS -CLAY <br />TOWNSHIP SANITARY TRUNK SEWER DNISION A -RIVER CROSSING/TITLE <br />SHEET -PROJECT NO. 106-013A (2006 SEWER BOND) <br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Carl Littrell, Engineering, requested permission to <br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referred to project. The Title Sheet for this <br />project was also submitted for approval with the stipulation that the name, "City of South <br />Bend" be added to the project title on the Title Sheet. Therefore, upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Littrell, the request to advertise and the Title Sheet were <br />approved. <br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS -CLAY <br />TOWNSHIP SANITARY TRUNK SEWER DNISION B -GRAVITY SEWER/TITLE <br />SHEET - PROJECT NO. 106-013B (2006 SEWER BOND) <br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Carl Littrell, Engineering, requested permission to <br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referred to project. The Title Sheet for this <br />project was also submitted for approval with the stipulation that the name, "City of South <br />Bend" be added to the project title on the Title Sheet. Therefore, upon a motion made by <br />Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks, the request to advertise and the Title Sheet were <br />approved. <br />APPROVE REAL ESTATE PLAT _- SECONDARY PLAT - LASALLE COUNCIL <br />BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA MINOR SUBDNISION <br />Mr. Gilot advised that the Secondary Plat for the above referred to subdivision was being <br />' presented at this time for execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. <br />Littrell and carried, the Secondary Plat was approved and signed. <br />APPROVE PROJECT SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT - STUDEBAKER <br />AREA A DEMOLITION PHASE 1, MILESTONE 1 - J&L MANAGEMENT <br />CORPORATION - PROJECT NO. 104-030 (COIT) <br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Darrell Baker, Engineering, has submitted the Project <br />Substantial Completion Affidavit, for the above referred to project.
