~~ECIAL MEETING <br />JULY 17, 2006 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:33 a.m. on Monday, <br />July 17, 2006, by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Board Members Carl P. Littrell <br />and Donald E. Inks present. Also present was board Attorney Thomas Bodnar. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEMS ADDED <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell, and carved, the following <br />items were added to the Agenda: <br />- Service Agreement - Umbaugh & Associates -Tax Impact Analysis <br />- Request to Advertise for Receipt of Bids and Approval of Title Sheet -Clay Township <br />Sanitary Trunk Sewer Division A -River Crossing and Title Sheet <br />- Request to Advertise for Receipt of Bids and Approval of Title Sheet -Clay Township <br />Sanitary Trunk Sewer Division B -Gravity Sewer and Title Sheet <br />- Request Approval of Subdivision of Land -LaSalle Council Boy Scouts of America <br />Subdivision Plat <br />OPENING OF BIDS - KENSINGTON FARMS/CREST MANOR DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS -PROJECT NO. 105-013 (SEWER BONDI <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referred to <br />project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune <br />and the Tri-County News, which were found to be sufficient.
