Mr. Grounds stated the auction will be held at the Central Services Facility on August 26, 2006, beginning at 8:30 ~a.m. In addition, a Contract for Sale of Real Estate and Personal Property at Public Auction was presented. The fee for this service is 5% commission. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell, and carried, the request to conduct a public auction and the Contract were approved. APPROVAL OF STREET CLOSURES AND PROCESSIONS The following street closures and processions were presented to the Board for approval.
