JOSEPH VALLEY WATERCOLOR SOCIETY - LEEPER PARK <br />ART FAIR ' <br />TT <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the' Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations for a License <br />Application for a Transient Merchant, as submitted by Ms. Judy Ladd, 16200 Continental <br />Drive, Granger, Indiana, to conduct the Leeper Park Art Fair on June 17, 2006, from <br />10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Leeper Park. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by <br />Mr. Littrell, and carried, the License Application was ratified. <br />APPROVAL OF LICENSE APPLICATION FOR SIDEWALK CAFE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from the Fire <br />Department, Engineering Department, Building Department, Police Department and the <br />Legal Department for a License Application for a Sidewalk Cafe, as submitted by Ms. <br />Shari Crase, Morris Performing Arts Center, South Bend, Indiana.
