The only <br />people that are on site Jerry at this group home are Ruth and her husband John and the children. That's it. <br />There are no other people on site. Lashon Gurrola will speaking in favor of this in just a few minutes and <br />she'll explain how the State regulates the group homes. Mainly, my understanding of how the State does the <br />Group home is in order to be licensed by the State there has to be an entity that will oversee the group home. <br />Hope House organization has been set up as the entity. They report to the State of Indiana on the operation of <br />the group home. There are reports from the house parents to the Hope House organization and then they give <br />those reports to the State of Indiana. So all those people that you see have to have certain accreditations by the <br />State of Indiana: They have to have an educational background that's required by the State of Indiana at a <br />minimum with some experiences also with group homes. And that has to be approved by the State. The <br />group home can't be setup and licensed by the State unless that also happens. So those people will not be at <br />this house. They are basically the administrative officers that the house parents report to. <br />MR. PHIPPS: Does this group operate several of these group homes then in other locations? <br />MR. DANCH: I'll Lashon, as my understanding right the Hope House organization that they setup is for this <br />group home. <br />MR. PHIPPS: These people and other administrators would be just part time that would provide services to <br />them? <br />MR. DANCH: As required by the State of Indiana. <br />MR. FEDDER: Let me follow that up. If I read this correctly, are you saying all these people on this HHO <br />are people that will not visit the site or ...? <br />MR. DANCH: That's correct. <br />MR. FEDDER: Alright, there's one that's got a house manager... it seems to me if she's a house manager <br />she'd have to be there? <br />MR. DANCH: Well Ken she's one of the house parents. <br />MR. FEDDER: I thought it was just Pedro and ... <br />MR. DANCH: No, no. Pedro, Veronica and Lashon are the ones that own the property. <br />MR. URBANSKI: Will they be living there also? <br />MR. DANCH: No. <br />MR. FEDDER: Are they selling their house or renting it or what's ...? <br />MR. DANCH: No. They will still own the house. <br />10 <br />
