Recommendation that all boards and commissions will hold their meetings at times and dates which do not conflict with the meeting of the Council

Section II. The South Bend Common Council therefore recommends that each board, commission or other entity which has a Council Member as a sitting representative establish the meeting dates for them at times and dates which do not conflict with the meetings of the Common Council. Section III. As the Common Council rededicates itself to excellence in public service, it respectfully requests the Office of the City Clerk to send a copy of this resolution to each board, commission and other entities which have South Bend Common Council members as a part of their membership, so that each will have notice of the overall intent and purpose of this resolution. Section IV. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption by the Council and approval by the Mayor. i er tver J.
