The nature of the island <br />prevents the use of large equipment for the <br />repair, so much of it has to be done with <br />manual labor. Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Resolution No. 2594 authorizing Bid <br />Specifications for the Operations and <br />Management Agreement of Blackthorn <br />Golf Course and Publication Thereof. <br /> <br />Ms. Jennings noted that the Management <br />Agreement with Meadowbrook Golf for <br />operation of Blackthorn Golf Course expires <br />December 31, 2009. Staff has prepared <br />specifications for operations and <br />management of the golf course and requests <br />approval of the specifications and <br />authorization to publish a request for bids. <br />The agreement will be a three-year <br />agreement with an option for the <br />Commission to terminate the agreement at <br />the end of the first twelve months. <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br />
