South Bend Central Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Addendum to the Master Agency <br />Agreement (Century Center Island Park <br />Subsidence Repair) <br /> <br />Mr. Gilot noted that during repairs to <br />Century Center begun on June 2, it was <br />discovered that at the south end there is an <br />area of subsidence where the soils are loose <br />and settling. The repairs and improvements <br />that were being made by Gibson-Lewis were <br />being paid for from a bond. The bond funds <br />dedicated to that are nearly expended and <br />there isn’t enough to cover these additional <br />repairs. In a spirit of partnership, Century <br />Center and the Board of Public Works are <br />asking the Commission to pay for the <br /> 5 <br /> <br />
