Kenmore Street, City of South Bend - APC# 2571 -10 <br />Dear Council Members: <br />I hereby Certify that the above referenced ordinance of Greater South Bend Housing, Inc. was <br />legally advertised on Thursday, December 2, 2010 and that the Area Plan Commission at its <br />public hearing on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 took the following action: <br />Upon a motion by John McNamara, being seconded by Robert Hawley and <br />unanimously carried, the proposed ordinance of Greater South Bend Housing, Inc. to <br />zone from SF2 Single Family and Two Family District to PUD Planned Unit <br />Development District, property located at 101 N.
