It was <br />noted the bids of Walsh & Kelly and Rieth Riley contained errors in the mathematics. <br />Mr. Rob Nichols, Engineering, recommends that the Board award the contract to the <br />lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Walsh & Kelly, Inc., in the amount of <br />$175,105.00, which is the Base Bid and Alternate A. Mr. Nichols noted the budget for <br />this project is $180,000.00. Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that the recommendation <br />be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, <br />which carried. <br />
