As the Common Council rededicates itself to excellence in public service, it <br />respectfully requests the Office of the City Clerk to send a copy of this resolution to each board, <br />commission and other entities which have South Bend Common Council members as a part of <br />their membership, so that each will have notice of the overall intent and purpose of this <br />resolution. <br />Section IV.'
