<br />1. After considering the evidence presented at the hearing on July 20, 2007, <br />• the Commission hereby confirms the findings, determinations and designations, and the <br />approving and adopting actions contained in the Declaratory Resolution. <br />2. The Commission adopts and confirms the Findings of Fact for the Airport <br />Area, as consolidated and expanded, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />3. The Commission finds and determines that it will be of public utility and <br />benefit to proceed with the Plan Amendment and therefore the Commission approves the plan <br />amendment and incorporates it into the plan for the area, which plan as amended is as set forth at <br />Exhibit C hereto. <br />4. This Resolution constitutes final action pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-14- <br />17(d) by the Commission determining the public utility and benefit of the proposed project and <br />confirming the Declaratory Resolution pertaining to the Airport Area, as expanded and <br />consolidated. <br />5. The Secretary is directed to record this Resolution pursuant to the <br />requirements of Indiana Code 36-7-14-17(d). <br />6.
