OItt711~TANCE NO. <br />AI~T ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, Il~IDIANA, APPROPRIATING $5,600 FROM THE <br />MORRIS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER AND PALMS ROYALE MARI~TING FUND <br />(FUND NUMBER 273) FOR PURCHASE OF MORRIS PERFORIVIIATG ARTS CENTER <br />TICKET STOCK ~ ENVELOPES <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The Morris Performing Arts Center and Palais Royale Marketing Fund (Fund No. 273) was <br />established for marketing and promoting of the Morris Performing Arts Center and Palais Royale. The <br />marketing fund accrues from the solicitation of funding for commercial promotion sponsorships and <br />Morris marquee sponsorships. <br />Pursuant to Ordinance No. 9768-07, the Morris Center has solicited and acquired funds for <br />sponsorship of the Moms Performing Arts Center ticket stock and hereby requests those funds to be <br />released to purchase said ticket stock & Envelopes. The amount of $5,600 is requested for appropriation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section I. The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from and <br />within the Moms Performing Arts Center and Palais Royale Marketing Fund for the purchase o f Moms <br />Performing Arts Center Ticket Stock & Envelopes. <br />Account Number Description Amount <br />273 Morris Performing Arts Center $5,600 <br />and Palais Royale Marketing Fund <br />Section II.
