S'S- ~~ <br />July 16, 2009 <br />Derek Dieter <br />President, South Bend Common Council <br />455 County-City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Re: Moms Performing Arts Center and Palais Royale Marketing Fund Appropriation <br />Dear Mr. Dieter, <br />I attach for filing with the South Bend Common Council an Ordinance requesting an <br />appropriation of $5,600 within the Moms Performing Arts Center and Palais Royale <br />Marketing Fund (Fund 273). Revenues from this fund are generated from the solicitation <br />of funding for commercial promotion sponsorships and Morris marquee sponsorships. <br />Pursuant to Ordinance No. 9768-07, the Morns Center has solicited and acquired funds <br />for sponsorship of ticket stock and ticket envelopes and hereby requests funds to be <br />released to purchase said ticket stock and envelopes. The amount of $5,600 is hereby <br />requested for appropriation. The purpose for which the Moms Performing Arts Center <br />desires appropriations consists of the following: <br />$5,600 Purchase of Morris Performing Arts Center Ticket Stock & <br />Envelopes <br />The Mon-is Performing Arts Center requests the Council's approval of this Ordinance <br />that will benefit the City and its citizens. <br />Sincerely, <br />'~G~ ~ <br />-~ <br />Denni J.
