"1'l~is alley is situated in Itockstrolt's second addition to the City of South <br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiimn, between lots 8 and 9; and <br />Also, the alley to be vacated is desx:ribcxi as llie fast east-west alley south of East Bartlett Street from tl~e east right- <br />of way of the first north-south alley to the west right-of--way of north St. Joseph Street For a distance of <br />Approximately 165 feet and a width of 14 feet. Part located in Itockstroh's 2nd addition, City of South Bend, St. <br />Joseph Cotu-ty, Indiana. 'T'his alley is situated in Rockstroh's Sewnd Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana, between Lots 33 and 34. <br />I would appreciate receiving your comments and recommendation concerning these alley <br />vacations no later than July 24, 199?.
