Jacob, ClerkC~~ <br />RE: Alley Vacation <br />DATE: July l5, 1997 <br />Attached for your review and recommendation is the following alley vacation: <br />1'he first east-west alley south of Bartlett Street lrom the east right-of--way of North Michigan Street to the West <br />right-of--way of the first norti- south alley Bust of North Michigan Street for a distance of approximately I f 5 feet <br />and a width of approximately l4 feet. 'Phis alley is situated in llockstroh's second addition to the City of South <br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, between lots 8 and 9; and <br />Also, the alley to be vacated is described as the fast east-west alley south of Fast Barilett Street from the east right- <br />of way of the first north-south alley to the west right-of--way of north St. Joseph Street liar a distance of <br />Approximately 165 feet and a width of 14 feet. Part located in Rockstroh's 2nd addition, City of South Bend, St. <br />Jo,~eph Cow~ty, Indiana. "this alley is situated in Rockstroh's Secrnxi Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana, between Lots 33 and 34. <br />I would appreciate receiving your comments and recommendation concerning these alley <br />vacations no later than July 24, 1997.
