NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />• Commission that: <br />1. The staff of the Commission is hereby authorized and directed to receive a <br />Warranty Deed from Donor and to record said Deed. <br />2, The Commission staff and attorney are hereby authorized and directed to <br />negotiate and prepare such other documentation as is necessary to accomplish the acceptance of <br />the gift of the Property in accordance with this Resolution and in a form acceptable to legal <br />counsel. <br />3. Once the Property is donated and the Deed recorded, the staff and Commission <br />shall assert all rights of ownership to which the Commission is entitled under Indiana law. <br />ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held <br />on May 2, 2008 at 1308 County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana <br />46601. <br />• <br />ATTEST• <br />ego S.
