COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />LM.JT’ <br />Mr. Leone noted that Mr. Meteiver has prepared a <br />EGAL RESPONSE TO R OSEPH ILLMANS <br />CM15,2009 <br />OMMUNICATION OF AY <br />response to Mr. Joseph Tillman’s communication asking <br />the Commission comply with certain sections of the <br />Code of Federal Regulations. Mr. Meteiver was not <br />able to be at this meeting, so Mr. Leone summarized Mr. <br />Meteiver’s findings. Mr. Meteiver found that Mr. <br />Tillman’s assertions were incorrect: Mr. Tillman’s <br />requests are not in the Commission’s purview. There <br />are other avenues Mr. Tillman can appropriately pursue <br />in order to address the issues he has brought up. <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br />
