Suburban Rates <br />Customers with water service outside the City limits shall incur an added <br />surcharge of twenty percent (20%) of the rates and charges. <br />Section V. Non-Recurring Charges <br />A. Tap Charges: <br />The charge for installation of a 1-inch tap shall be $185.00, which shall include <br />the installed tapping valve and the material for the curb valve and box, but shall <br />not include any service line. Chazges for taps lazger than 1-inch shall be at cost. <br />B.
