(1) Area 1. <br />Incidental Signs for Area 1 shall be permitted incompliance with the regulations <br />for incidental signs set forth in Section 21-07.03 (e) (3) On-Premise Signs: MU <br />&CBD Districts of the South Bend Zoning Ordinance. <br />(2) Area 2, Area 3 and Area 4. <br />Incidental signs for Area 2, Area 3 and Area 4 shall be permitted in compliance <br />with the regulations for incidental signs set forth in Section 21-07.03 (e) (3) On- <br />Premise Signs: MU &CBD Districts of the South Bend Zoning Ordinance. <br />(3) Area 5, Area 6 and Area 7. <br />Incidental signs for Area 5, Area 6 and Area 7 shall be permitted in compliance <br />with the regulations for incidental signs set forth in Section 21-07.03 (c) (4) (C) <br />On-Premise Signs: SF1, SF2, MF1 and MF2 Districts of the South Bend Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />e. Directional /Promotional Signs. <br />It is anticipated that Eddy Street will provide the main traffic flow into Eddy Street <br />Commons and the majority of the retail and restaurant uses. In many ways, Eddy Street <br />will function in much the same manner as the internal space of an enclosed shopping <br />mall. The long-term viability of tenants within Eddy Street Commons will depend on <br />their ability to be easily located and identified. To that end, a program of wayfinding <br />signs similar to those typically found in indoor, shopping malls has been developed. <br />The wayfindings sign program, includes: Arcus Advertising Kiosks; and, Pole <br />Mounted Wayfinding Signs, both as regulated below: <br />
