(i) Either one (1) Wall Sign (Panel Sign, Pin-Mounted Sign or Painted Sign) or one (1) Projecting Sign (Grand Blade Sign) per street, interior access drive or pedestrian way frontage of a tenant space, provided that any tenant space which contains over 10,000 sq. ft. of gross leaseable floor area on the same floor may qualify for one (1) additional sign per street frontage of the tenant space. (ii) Two (2) Projecting Signs (Blade Signs) per street frontage grade level entrance to a tenant space. (iii) One (1) Awning Sign per street frontage grade level storefront window. (iv) Either one (1) Awning Sign or one (1) Canopy Sign (which may include pin-mounted letters above or below the canopy) per street frontage grade level entrance to a tenant space. (v) One (1) Suspended Sign (Arcade Sign) per street frontage, grade level entrance to a tenant space. (vi) One~(1) Window Sign per street frontage grade level window panel or glazed entry door. (vii) One (1) Menu Box Wall Sign per street frontage grade level entrance to a restaurant tenant space. (d) Maximum Sign Surface Area. (i) Wall Sign (Panel Sign, Pin-Mounted Sign or Painted Sign) -shall not exceed 45 sq. ft. (ii) Projecting Sign (Grand Blade Sign) -shall not exceed 45 sq. ft. (iii) Projecting Sign (Blade Sign) -shall not exceed 10 sq. ft. (iv) Awning Sign -the surface area of an awning devoted to sign surface area shall not exceed 16 sq. ft. per awning. (v) Canopy Sign (which may include pin-mounted letters attached above or below the canopy edge) -the total sign surface area of a sign on or attached to a canopy shall not exceed 45 sq. ft. (vi) Suspended Sign (Arcade Sign) -shall not exceed 5 sq. ft. (vii) Window Sign -shall not exceed 25% of the total store front window area of the tenant space on which the sign is located. (viii) Menu Box Wall Sign -shall not exceed 6 sq. ft.
