(2) Amount ofParking -Area 4. <br />(a) Dwelling units located in Area 4 shall be provided with a minimum of <br />one (1) off-street parking space per dwelling unit located in an attached <br />grade level garage plus additional overflow parking provided in the <br />shared surface parking in Area 3. <br />(b) Office /Professional Service uses located in Area 4 shall be provided <br />with off-street parking in the Shared Parking facilities located in Area 3. <br />(3) Amount ofParking -Area 5 and Area 6: <br />Each dwelling unit in Area 5 and Area 6 shall be provided with an attached <br />two-car garage. <br />(4) Amount ofParking -Area 7: <br />As a common open space with strong pedestrian connectivity to all nearby <br />residential area, no designated off-street parking shall be required. <br />b. ~ Off-Street Loading. <br />(1) Area 1: Off-street loading shall be provided in designated loading zones located <br />behind the storefronts in Area 1. <br />(2) Area 2 -Full Service Hotel: Not less than one (1) off-street loading space shall <br />be provided and accessed from the service drive from Angela Boulevard / <br />Edison Road between Area 1 and Area 2. The limited service hotel shall not be <br />required to provide an off-street -loading space. <br />(3) Areas 3 - 7: Off-street loading shall not be required for Area 3, Area 4, Area 5, <br />Area 6 or Area 7. <br />10. Signs. <br />a. Project Signs -Area 1. <br />The permanent Project Signs (i.e., wall signs, projecting signs and suspended blade <br />signs) regulated by this sub-Section 10., a., are those signs which refer to or identify <br />Eddy Street Commons as a whole and do not provide information regarding any <br />individual tenant or use within Eddy Street Commons. <br />(1) Building Mounted Project Identification Signs. <br />Due to the limited setback proposed for buildings in Area 1 in order to create a <br />pedestrian oriented design, limited space is available for traditional free- <br />standing, ground mounted identification signs. Therefore, unique building <br />mounted identification signs are necessary to identify the overall Eddy Street <br />
