Section II. Maximum Compensation A. The calendar years 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002, the maximum base salaries and wages for the following employees represented by Teamster Local Union No. 364 of the City of South Bend, Indiana, shall be no more than as listed in this Section; provided, however, that nothing herein shall exclude the applicability of Section III of this Ordinance should the qualifications therein be met. B. Pay periods for all such employees shall be made in accordance with Section 2-118 of the Municipal Code of the City of South Bend.
