The Area Plan Commission at its public hearing <br />on November 17, 1998, took the following action: <br />Upon a motion by Lee Slavinskas, being seconded by Randy Matthys and unanimously <br />carried, the proposed ordinance initiated by the Area Plan Coaunission to zone <br />from "B" Residential, "A" Height and Area to "PHC" Professional/Health Care, <br />property located at 2102 East Inwood Road, City of South Bend is sent to the <br />Common Council with a favorable recommendation, subject to the existing approved <br />final site plan. This petition would rezone an office in the "B" Residential <br />District to the "PHC" Professional/Health Care District. "PHC" zoning will allow <br />the office to remain as a permitted use when the "B" Residential zoning is <br />updated, which will allow the building to be expanded or rebuilt if destroyed. <br />The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and points considered in arriving <br />at the above decision are shown in the minutes of the public hearing, and will be <br />forwarded to you at a later date to be made a part of this report. <br />Attached, for your consideration in the review of this matter, is a copy of the <br />Area Plan Commission's Staff Report. <br />Sin re y, <br />lit/ <br />obert W.
