ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $74,500 FROM HALL OF FAME <br />DEPRECIATION FUND (#677) <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />To make building repairs at the Hall of Fame it is necessary to appropriate monies from <br />Hall of Fame Depreciation Fund (#677). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $74,500 is hereby appropriated from and set aside within Hall <br />of Fame Depreciation Fund (#677) for the purpose of repairs to the building, which is owned by <br />the City of South Bend. <br />SECTION II.
