These funds will be used to make additional loans/grants for environmental <br />remediation within the City of South Bend as allowed under EPA rules. We look forward to your <br />approval of this ordinance. <br />Please note, these funds cannot be used for general government purposes, only toward the engineering <br />and remediation of Brownfield properties.
