The HPC held <br />this Public Hearing on July 13. Having reviewed its staffs investigations and <br />analysis, the HPC voted unanimously to return the bill to the Common Council <br />with a favorable recommendation. <br />Along with the text of the report. 1 am enclosing a map of the proposed <br />district showing its boundaries and a copy of the Model Preservation <br />Guidelines which the commission shall use until such time as the property <br />owners of the district have adopted their own customized guidelines.
