BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY established as an Historic Preservation District with such uses as permitted in Section 21-36 of the Municipal Code of South Bend, Indiana, and shall be designated the South St. Joseph Street Historic Preservation District. SECTION 2. The Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend & St. Joseph County shall adopt guidelines for the Taylor s Field Historic Preservation District. SECTION 3.
