The building commissioner has reviewed the petition and finds th e property to be properly zoned for <br />the proposed use. <br />3. A review of the South Bend Redevelopment designation areas finds that one of the properties listed <br />above, 1142 E. Sorin, is in the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area and three others, 105, <br />109 and 113 Carlisle, are in the West Washington-Chapin Development Area, which are Tax <br />Incremental Allocation Areas; therefore, the petition for real property tax abatement must first be <br />approved by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. The Commission approved the petition <br />on Apri17, 2006. <br />4.
