At this point WNIT has provided full proof of funding and has engaged a construction firm to <br />begin interior renovations and build out, ah-eady underway. With your authorization, the Troyer <br />Group's proposal for the bidding and construction administration phase of the project, attached, <br />will be submitted to the Board of Public Works for approval. Troyer has provided a range of <br />expected time and expense costs for construction administration of $20,500-$37,000 plus <br />reimbursable expenses.
