(1122 Grace St.) <br /> <br /> <br />(2) Resolution No. 2579 approving and <br />accepting a counter offer for the <br />acquisition of property in the AEDA. <br />(1122 Grace St.) <br /> <br />Mr. Gibney noted that the property owner <br />submitted a counter offer of $31,376.50. <br />Staff recommends accepting the offer. <br /> <br />Mr. Gibney noted that there were seventeen <br />properties in this pocket surrounded by <br />Oliver Industrial Park.
