REGULAR MEETING <br />M <br />ACCEPT AND FILE DONATION TO SOUTH BEND POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />In a letter to the Board, Chief Boykins advised the Board of a generous donation of five-hundr <br />dollars ($500.00) made to the South Bend Police Department Summer Tennis Program by A <br />General, LLC. There being no further discussion, the President Demp t. the donation wou III <br />be accepted and <br />of four-hundred dollars ($400.00) made to the South Police Department <br />Program by Steel Warehouse Company, LLC. There being no ftu-ther discussion, President Dempsey <br />stated the donation would be accepted <br />STATISTICAL FILING OF MONTHLY O ► 0 <br />indicated President Dempsey that unless there were questions or o by members <br />Board, the monthly statistical report for the month of March 2009 as submitted by the Police <br />Department, would be accepted for filing.
