Jason King used unnecessary force towards Skee Katlum, which conduct <br />violated Rules 301.03 and 302.00(1), (27) and (37) of the South Bend Police Duty Manual and the <br />"Response to Resistance" Order issued on April 28, 2008 and was conduct unbecoming a South <br />Bend police officer, thereby violating I.C. 36-8-3-4(b)(2)(B)(C)(G) d(H). <br />1111111011111 <br />LHUL11C k-77 <br />Boykins noted this was in accordance with past practice.
