The final flag design was the work <br />product of Garrent Gingerich who incorporated suggestions from public input received, and <br />creatively integrated elements of each of the three designs which were submitted. The actual <br />language set forth in proposed South Bend Municipal Code Section 1 -5.1 City Flag, is identical to <br />the language submitted to the Office of the City Clerk on March 91n <br />We request that this Bill be sent to Council's Community Relations Committee.
