It proposes <br />to add a new provision addressing the new official City Flag for the City of South Bend. <br />The excitement which the City Flag Design Contest has had as part of the S13 150 Celebration far <br />exceeded everyone's imagination. <br />We request that this Bill be sent to Council's Community Relations Committee.
