An original and seventeen (17) copies of a "Petition for Voluntary <br />Annexation Into and the Zoning of the Annexed Land in the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana ". This Petition is submitted by the owners of the land involved under I.C. § 36- <br />4-3-5.1 and contains two exhibits, including (A) the property sought to be rezoned <br />following an action annexing such property into the City, and (B) the Plan for the <br />Planned Unit Development (with a diagram of the overall development scheme). <br />2. Three (3) copies of an Ordinance for the proposed Annexation and <br />Designation of a Zoning District for the property described in such Ordinance. <br />We would appreciate having the Petition and Ordinance placed on the Council's agenda <br />for filing and first reading on February 14, 2005, the Council's next scheduled meeting date. We <br />have also enclosed a check payable to the City of South Bend in the amount of $150, and a check <br />for $50 payable to the Area Plan Commission, for the requisite filing fees.
