After reviewing those bids, Ms. <br />Kathy Eli recommended that the Board award vehicles to the highest bidder as indicated in bold <br />print above. Therefore, Mr. Giiot made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the <br />bid be awarded and the contract approved as outlined above.
