South Bend Central Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Parking Garage Management Services <br />Agreement (Leighton Garage, Main Street <br />Garage and Wayne Street Garage) <br /> <br />Ms. Jennings noted that on December 19, <br />2008 the Redevelopment Commission <br />awarded the management of the Leighton, <br />Main and Wayne Street garages to AMPCO <br />System Parking. Staff is now requesting <br />approval of the Parking Garage Management <br />Agreement between the Redevelopment <br />Commission and AMPCO System Parking. <br />The term of the agreement is three years <br />beginning February 1, 2009 and ending <br />January 31, 2012. <br /> <br />Ampco System Parking will manage and <br />operate the parking services, collect receipts <br />and make deposits for Leighton, Main and <br />Wayne Street garages. Personnel for the <br />operation will be furnished by Ampco. <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />
