Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Contract with Project Impact for Job <br />Training Services. <br /> <br />Ms. Leonard noted that this is the Contract <br />with Project Impact, whose proposal for job <br />training services was accepted February 6, <br />2009. <br /> <br />Mr. Leone noted that this contract differs <br />from the one Commissioners reviewed <br />previously in that the scope of the project <br />was originally for at-risk men who were <br />former offenders.
