REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 8 2015 427 <br />Mishawaka, IN 46545 <br />Quotation was submitted by Kevin Conery <br />QUOTATION: $46,093.00 <br />IDEAL CONSOLIDATED. INC. <br />806 W. Sample St. <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Quotation was submitted by Fred Mohler. <br />QUOTATION: $50,700.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the above Quotations <br />were referred to Wastewater for review and recommendation. After review, Mr. Jacob Klosinski, <br />Wastewater, recommended the quotation be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible <br />quoter, Herrman & Goetz, in the amount of S43,649.00. Upon a motion by Mr. Relos, seconded <br />by Ms. Maradik, the recommendation of award was approved. <br />OPENING OF QUOTATIONS — WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT 100 KW DIESEL <br />INDUSTRIAL TOWABLE GENERATOR (UTILITIES ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br />SEWAGE WORKS CAPITAL) <br />Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for <br />the above referenced project. Ms. Linda Martin, Clerk of the Board, stated there were no quotes <br />received for this. <br />OPENING OF QUOTATIONS — WASTEWATER. TREATMENT PLANT 60 KW DIESEL <br />INDUSTRIAL TOWABLE GENERATOR (UTILITIES. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br />SEWAGE WORKS CAPITAL) <br />Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for <br />the above referenced project. Ms. Linda Martin, Clerk of the Board, stated there were no quotes <br />received for this. Mr. Gilot stated since no quotes were received for either generator quote, they <br />were free to go to the open market. <br />OPENING OF PROPOSALS — FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR CENTRAL <br />SERVICES (CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS) <br />Mr. Gilot advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Proposals for <br />the above referenced project. Mr. Gilot stated the proposals will be reviewed and scored based <br />on a matrix system, by a team made up of City representatives. He read the names of the <br />Following vendors submitting proposals into the record: <br />TRAK ENGINEERING. INC. <br />2901 Crescent Dr. <br />Tallahassee, FL 32301 <br />Proposal was submitted by Katherine Blyth. <br />B & K EQUIPMENT <br />2939 175r" Street <br />Lansing, iL 60438 <br />Proposal was submitted by Dale Huizenga <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Relos, seconded by Ms. Maradik and carried, the above proposals <br />were referred to Central Services and their review team for tabulation and recommendation. <br />RESCIND BID AWARD AND RE -AWARD BID —MASONRY RESTORATION AT <br />CENTURY CENTER - PROJECT NO 115-01 SR (HOTEL/MOTEL TAX) <br />Mr. Michael Carey, Engineering, advised the Board that on October 13, 2015, bids were received <br />and opened for the above referenced project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Carey <br />recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder <br />
