REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 8 20t5 432 <br />agreed and noted all specifications me written differently. IIe stated Notre Dame will write <br />weather protection into their specifications assuring an aggressive schedule regardless of the <br />weather. Mr. Miller stated he was talking about a project across the street where workers <br />continued to work in the weather. Mr. Gilot asked if that was the digester project. Mr. Miller <br />confirmed it was. Mr. Gilot noted that was inside work. Mr. Horvath stated the City needs to <br />justify liquidated damages before taking them to the Board for payment. He reiterated that he is <br />available to meet with the union members and discuss. Mr. Miller thanked him and said they <br />would contact him. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, <br />seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:18 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Gary A.
