IIe stated Notre Dame will write <br />weather protection into their specifications assuring an aggressive schedule regardless of the <br />weather. Mr. Miller stated he was talking about a project across the street where workers <br />continued to work in the weather. Mr. Gilot asked if that was the digester project. Mr. Miller <br />confirmed it was. Mr. Gilot noted that was inside work. Mr. Horvath stated the City needs to <br />justify liquidated damages before taking them to the Board for payment. He reiterated that he is <br />available to meet with the union members and discuss.
