In the interest of providing greater public access and to promote greater transparency, <br /> the South Bend Common Council agenda has been translated into Spanish. All <br /> agendas are available online from the Council's website, and also in paper format in the <br /> Office of the City Clerk, 4th Floor County-City Building. Reasonable efforts have been <br /> taken to provide an accurate translation of the text of the agenda, however, the official <br /> text is the English version. Any discrepancies which may be created in the translation, <br /> are not binding. Such translations do not create any right or benefit, substantive or <br /> procedural, enforceable at law or equity by a party against the Common Council or the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />
