This rezoning will allow an <br /> existing dental office, which is currently split-zoned,to be properly zoned and modified in a way that <br /> allows for expansion of an existing use and a more efficient traffic flow for patrons and employees. <br /> This rezoning is a natural expansion of a minimally-invasive zoning district which borders a <br /> commercial hub to the south. <br /> The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and points considered in arriving at the above decision are shown <br /> in the minutes of the public hearing, and will be forwarded to you at a later date to be made a part of this report. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Lawrence P.
