During Council discussion both Dr. Ferlic and Henry Davis suggested a study be done to compare the <br /> cost of privatizing the pick-up service. Citizen Chris Huff agreed with looking at privatizing and also said <br /> street rather than alley pick-up would be less costly. <br /> After further Q&A Dr. Ferlic moved the bill go forward favorably Gavin Ferlic Seconded. All supported. <br /> The next two bills 40-15 and 68-15 were continued until November 23, 2015 at the request of Eric <br /> Horvath. In both cases the continuation motions were made by Dr. Ferlic and Gavin Ferlic.
