REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 21, 2009 <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 0 1 -2009 - A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AMENDING THE 2009 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE <br />FOR THE SOUTH BEND POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />Upon a motion by Mr. BonDurant, seconded by Mr. Cottrell and carried, the following Resolution <br />wR s approved by the Board of Public Safety: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -2009 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />INDIANA AMENDING THE 2009 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR <br />THE SOUTH BEND POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, is empowered by <br />[taw to establish rules and regulations for the South Bend Police Department: and <br />WHERE AS, it is important that School Resource Officers follow a vacation schedule which <br />corresponds as nearly as practical to that of the South Bend Community School Corporation, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Safety of the City of South <br />Bend that Section III of Resolution 85-2008 is amended in its entirety to read as follows.- <br />SECTION 111. Officers assigned to the South Bend Community School Corporation as <br />School Resource Officers shall have the following holidays: <br />F011m, <br />s/Patrick Cottrell, Member <br />s/Donald Alford, Member <br />I <br />
