The aforementioned <br />police of # #' ' • individuals <br />the Commission e of t Bend Police Department. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Dempsey, seconded by Mr. Cottrell and carried, all of the above Special <br />Police Commissions were approved. <br />ACCEPT AND FILE DONATION TO SOUTH BEND POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />In a Memorandum to the Board, Chief Boykins, Police Department, advised the Board of <br />generous donation made to the South Bend Police Department Tennis Program. The donation <br />$100 was made on behalf of a Power and • •: Today" # s <br />Ministry, There being no further discussion, the donation was accepted and filed. <br />FILING OF MONTHLY STATISTICAL ANALYSIS REPORT — NOVEMBER 2008 <br />President Alford indicated that unless there were questions or objections by members of the <br />Board, the statistical analysis report for the month of November 2008, as submitted by the Police <br />Department, would be accepted for filing.
